Candice Caruso is a 2nd-year Massage Therapy student with extensive experience in both clinical and private practice settings. She has worked at reputable establishments and successfully operated her own massage business. Over the years, Candice has developed expertise in deep tissue, Swedish, and myofascial release techniques, offering personalized care to help clients achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness.

Currently advancing her education at Vicars School of Massage (Expected 2025), Candice builds on the foundational knowledge gained from her training at the Milan Institute of Massage. She is now joining the R&J team to complete her 2nd-year training, combining her hands-on experience with a passion for delivering exceptional client care.

Grace C. Sibug is a certified Registered Massage Therapist, having completed her program at MaKami College in Edmonton. With specialized skills in Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage, Grace is dedicated to improving her clients’ overall health and wellness.

She has hands-on experience providing therapeutic massage in a clinic setting, where she customizes each session to address individual needs. Fluent in both English and Tagalog,

Jen brings a wealth of life experience and a deep passion for wellness to her practice as a Certified Registered Massage Therapist. Born in Manila, Philippines, Jen’s journey into the world of massage therapy was preceded by a diverse career path. Graduating from AMA Computer College in Manila in 1998, Jen initially explored roles ranging from food server to administrative assistant before finding her true calling.

In 2019, Jen completed the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Program at MaKami College, where she honed her expertise in modalities such as Myofascial Cupping Release and Deep Tissue Massage. Fueled by a deep belief in the healing power of touch, she is dedicated to enhancing her clients’ well-being.

A proud member of the Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association (CRMTA), Jen is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compassion. Her clients consistently praise her for her kindness and personalized approach.

Recently, Jen embarked on a new chapter in her journey by opening her own clinic, R & J Therapeutic Massage. With this endeavor, she aims to create a serene and welcoming space where clients can experience the transformative benefits of massage therapy tailored to their individual needs.
